Unfortunately there was not enough time to provide you new recipes in the last weeks. First I was on holiday and then there was so much to do at work. But: That’s life!

Snickers Energy Balls
I tried to create new energy balls and used a lot of peanuts. Results are bliss balls with a nice snickers taste. I definitively love them, but my boyfriend is my biggest rival! I used medjool dates to sweeten them.
As I was a young girl, I always was happy, if the baker had brioche buns at the weekend – of course with coarse sugar. There was nothing better than eating them with nutella! Brioche also works without adding sugar and is more healthier than the sugared version. Today I eat them with nut butter – it feels like being a young girl again!
I really love eating soups in autumn / winter. One of my favorites is pumpkin soup. Last year I cooked the soup with a lot of cream. It already was sugar free, but it also hat lot calories. Today I don’t require cream anymore. The soup is vegan and has a very healthy ginger taste now.
I found my waffle iron and make sweet waffles as well as savory ones.
I really love vegetables. One of my favorite veggie version is to shred them and cook thalers. One of the benefits is that they taste warm as well as cold.
